This role is responsible for assisting our agents with a variety of tasks that help them to be successful in their business. Our agent concierge provides exceptional service, putting the needs of our agents first, and is available to assist you in a variety of ways including

  • Anticipating and satisfying agent needs
  • Guiding each agent through our onboarding and training process
  • Preparing and printing materials including CMA’s, MLS listings, showing feedback, database management, datasheets, income reports, etc.
  • Organizing multiple offers and net sheets
  • Preparing closing gift baskets or other client gifts
  • Monitoring distribution of leads
  • Monitoring license expiration
  • Assisting with various technical support
  • Sending links for client testimonials after closing
  • Completing any other requests or special projects
